Doug Campbell, age 28, was fatally shot on February 4, 2006, in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred at approximately 11:30 pm at 1200 North Capitol Street NW. Responding to reports of gunfire, the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) found Campbell at the scene with fatal injuries. Despite immediate efforts, Campbell was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
