Death by Force

Terrance Wayne Moore, aged 27, was tragically shot to death in Northeast Washington, D.C., on May 10, 2015. The incident occurred shortly before 2 a.m. along the 1800 block of North Capitol Street. Upon responding to the sounds of gunshots, officers found Moore with fatal wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
