In the late evening of Monday, September 24, 2018, tragedy struck in Northeast Washington, D.C., forever altering the lives of the family and friends of Ervin Lamont Aull. That night, at approximately 9:35 p.m., the 47-year-old male was fatally shot in the 2300 block of 14th Street, NE.
