On April 30, 2019, at approximately 1:40 p.m., officers from the Sixth District of the Metropolitan Police Department responded to a report of a shooting in the 4400 block of G Street, Southeast, Washington, DC. Upon arrival, they discovered 22-year-old Devante Moody suffering from a gunshot wound.
