On December 23, 2019, at approximately 4:18 PM, Tyshaun L. Turner, aged 27, was shot and killed in the 4200 block of 4th Street, SE, Washington, DC. Tyshaun Turner was a solar installer who had joined his company through the Grid Alternatives “Solar Works” program.
