Cheryl Ann Congleton, a 61-year-old woman from Anahuac, Texas, tragically passed away on June 6, 2015. She was born on March 5, 1954, and was the daughter of David Congleton and Norma Passmore Congleton. Cheryl graduated from Anahuac High School and worked for Chambers County.
