Cheryl Ann Congleton, a 61-year-old woman from Anahuac, Texas, tragically passed away on June 6, 2015. She was born on March 5, 1954, and was the daughter of David Congleton and Norma Passmore Congleton. Cheryl graduated from Anahuac High School and worked for Chambers County.

On the day of her death, Cheryl was shot at her residence by Lonnie Robertson Jr., who was out on bond for an assault charge. According to witnesses, Cheryl and Robertson got into an argument, which escalated to the ...
