On June 29, 2021, Kenneth O'Keith Cherry Jr., aged 20, was tragically shot and killed in the 3800 block of Halley Terrace, SE, Washington, DC. The incident occurred at approximately 1:37 PM. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) immediately sought the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
