On December 18, 2024, at approximately 6:43 p.m., 18-year-old Terrell Oliver was found fatally shot inside a residential building in the 2600 block of Stanton Road, Southeast, Washington, D.C. Responding to a report of a shooting, officers from the Metropolitan Police Department's Seventh District discovered Oliver unconscious and not breathing, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
