Thomas Precious Wynder, aged 55, was tragically killed on August 28, 2021, in Washington, D.C. The incident occurred in the 1400 block of Parkwood Place, Northwest. At approximately 12:57 am, officers from the Fourth District responded to a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Wynder suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries despite life-saving efforts.
