Michael Andre Evans, aged 56, was tragically shot and killed on October 30, 2022, in Washington, DC. The incident occurred at approximately 1:03 PM in the 3800 block of 9th Street, SE. When police arrived at the scene, they found Evans unconscious and not breathing. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead shortly after.
