On a spring morning in Washington, D.C., the life of 28-year-old Eddie Crist was cut short by gunfire. On Friday, May 8, 2020, at approximately 8:05 a.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 4000 block of South Capitol Terrace, Southwest. Upon arrival, they discovered a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services rushed Crist to a local hospital, but his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
