In the late summer afternoon of Wednesday, August 28, 2024, a grim discovery was made in the 3200 block of 9th Street in Northeast, Washington, D.C. At approximately 3:15 p.m., officers from the Metropolitan Police Department responded to a call and found an unconscious adult male on the street. The man, later identified as 32-year-old Ronald Williams of Northeast, DC, was pronounced dead at the scene.
