Death by Force

On August 1, 2015, at approximately 3:32 am, Michael Toland, aged 22, was shot and killed near the intersection of 46th Place and G Street, SE, in Washington, DC. The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene and began an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
