Dante Coleman, a 20-year-old resident of Washington, D.C., was tragically shot and killed on December 29, 2017. The incident occurred near 1st and Yuma Streets in the Washington Highlands area. Coleman was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the hallway of an apartment building where he lived with his one-year-old son and the child's mother.
