Death by Force

On the night of July 26, 2017, 38-year-old Daniel Shelton Parker was found with multiple gunshot wounds in the 2000 block of Fairlawn Avenue, Southeast Washington, D.C. Officers arrived at the scene around 11:19 p.m. and discovered Parker suffering from his injuries. Despite the efforts of DC Fire and EMS, Parker was pronounced dead at the scene.
