Death by Force

On a summer evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 42-year-old Dawon Nathaniel Markham came to a violent end. On June 19, 2013, in the 200 block of 62nd Street NE, Markham was shot multiple times. Emergency services responded to the scene, but his injuries were too severe, and he was pronounced dead. A male, Markham was a resident of Mitchellville, Maryland, at the time of his death.
