In the early afternoon of a spring day in Washington, D.C., the life of 29-year-old William Venison was tragically cut short. On Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at approximately 12:38 p.m., the sounds of gunfire shattered the midday calm in the 2800 block of Gainesville Street, Southeast.
