On a Tuesday evening in Washington, D.C., the life of 59-year-old Allen Hill Jr. was tragically cut short. On April 4, 2023, at approximately 9:01 p.m., shots rang out in the 100 block of Xenia Street in the Southeast quadrant of the city. When officers from the Seventh District arrived at the residential street, they discovered a grim scene. Hill had been shot and was found unconscious and not breathing.
