William Jennings Conry, a 28-year-old White man, was shot and killed in Washington, D.C. on the night of Sunday, December 19, 2021. The incident occurred at approximately 10:53 p.m. in the Parkview neighborhood, where officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 3400 or 3500 block of Park Place, NW. Upon their arrival, they discovered Conry inside his mother's car, suffering from a gunshot wound to the heart, inflicted at close range. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
