In the early morning hours of Wednesday, November 18, 2015, a tragic discovery was made in the 2500 block of Park Place, SE in Washington, D.C. Clarence M. Terry, a 64-year-old male, was found unconscious and unresponsive around 9:15 a.m. a resident of Southeast, D.C., had been fatally stabbed.
