On the evening of July 29, 2022, at approximately 8:55 PM, Patrick Phillips, aged 35, was tragically shot and killed in the 4800 block of Alabama Avenue, SE, Washington, DC. The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene and began an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
