On an evening in late April of 2020, the life of 24-year-old Anthony Sanford was tragically cut short in Knoxville, Tennessee. The young man was found with multiple gunshot wounds in front of a residence on Adcock Avenue. First responders rushed him to the University of Tennessee Medical Center, but his injuries proved to be fatal.
