On a warm Labor Day afternoon in Washington, D.C., the life of 31-year-old Terrell Felder was tragically cut short. On Monday, September 5, 2022, at approximately 1:35 p.m., Felder was shot in the 1000 block of 51st Street, NE. The male victim was later found by authorities in the 4400 block of Minnesota Avenue, NE, suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
