In the heat of a Las Vegas summer, a grim discovery was made on the morning of June 24, 2015. Rabon Terrence Jones, a 27-year-old Black / African American male, was found deceased alongside another man inside a Dodge Durango. The vehicle was parked in front of an apartment complex on North Sandhill Road. Both men were from California, with Jones hailing from Adelanto.
