In a tragic turn of events on a Friday morning in Las Vegas, a young man's life was cut short, leaving a family torn apart by violence. Markies Miguel, an 18-year-old Black / African American male, was fatally shot on April 29, 2022. The incident occurred shortly before 2 p.m. at his home in the BlueBird Mobile Home Park on Las Vegas Boulevard North. The Clark County coroner's office later confirmed that he died from a shotgun wound to the abdomen.
