On January 21, 2014, Cleottus Harvey, 26, was fatally shot in Las Vegas in a suspected road rage incident while driving with his two young children. The shooting took place near the intersection of Tropicana Avenue and Rainbow Boulevard, and despite immediate efforts by first responders, Harvey succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
