An African-American man, 26-year-old Cleottus Harvey, was shot and killed in Las Vegas, Nevada, on January 21, 2014, in what police believe was a road rage incident. The shooting happened in the late afternoon, around 5:20 p.m., at the intersection of Tropicana Avenue and Rainbow Boulevard.
