Black male, age 25. In the early hours of Tuesday, September 30, 2014, Shandel Adams was found on the sidewalk in Chicago's Humboldt Park neighborhood, in the 600 block of North Ridgeway Avenue.
Police responding around 3:20 a.m. discovered the 25 year old with a gunshot wound to the chest; he was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital and pronounced dead at 4:17 a.m.
