Felipe Ruiz Santiago, a 50-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on August 26, 2022, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the Humboldt Park neighborhood, specifically in the 2700 block of West Division Street. Felipe was inside a restaurant when an unknown assailant fired a shot through the window, striking him in the neck. Despite being rushed to Stroger Hospital, Felipe was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
