Michael Colon, a 16-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on September 3, 2020, while walking his dog near his home in the Brighton Park neighborhood of Chicago. Michael, who was entering his junior year at Thomas Kelly High School, was found shot multiple times in the 3200 block of West 38th Place. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Michael was a beloved member of his community, known for his love of football and his dog, Bobi.
