In the early morning hours of October 15, 1975, the body of Daniel Linn, a 24-year-old White male, was discovered lying in the street in the 4100 block of Josephine Street in Denver, Colorado. Initially, it appeared as though he may have been pushed from a moving vehicle. Linn, a carpenter by trade, was rushed to a local hospital where it was determined that he had sustained a gunshot wound. He succumbed to his injuries two days later on October 17, 1975.
