On December 14, 1999, Allen Dale Groves, a 38-year-old male, succumbed to his injuries shortly after being transported to a local hospital in Denver, Colorado. The incident occurred at 4760 E. Wyoming Place, where officers from the Denver Police Department responded to a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Groves and immediately took him to the hospital, but he died shortly thereafter.
