Death by Force

On June 24, 2004, 25-year-old Lamar Travis Brown was fatally shot in Denver, Colorado. Officers responded to reports of shots fired in the 1000 block of Logan Street and found Brown suffering from a gunshot wound. Investigations revealed that Brown had driven his vehicle into an alley and, upon exiting, became involved in an altercation with an unidentified suspect, during which he was shot.
