Death by Force

On the evening of February 13, 1999, a shooting occurred near the intersection of East 54th Avenue and Quentin Street in Denver, Colorado. When officers from the Denver Police Department arrived at the scene, they discovered a victim who was immediately transported to a local hospital for medical assistance. The victim was identified as Jarvis E. Johnson, a 17-year-old Black male.
