Death by Force

On July 6, 2002, John Kenneth Garcia, a 36-year-old male, was fatally shot in Denver, Colorado. The incident occurred near the intersection of 30th and Lawrence Streets. Garcia was operating a motor vehicle when gunshots were fired by occupants of another vehicle traveling in the same area. He was struck by the gunfire and immediately transported to a local hospital, where he died several hours later.
