In the summer of 1996, a veteran's life was tragically cut short in what would become a long-unsolved case in Denver, Colorado. Frank Bowden, a male who had honorably served his country as a cook in the Army until 1970, was discovered deceased in his residence at 4740 St. Paul Street on July 26th.
