In the summer of 1996, a veteran's life was tragically cut short in what would become a long-unsolved case in Denver, Colorado. Frank Bowden, a male who had honorably served his country as a cook in the Army until 1970, was discovered deceased in his residence at 4740 St. Paul Street on July 26th. The circumstances of his death were violent and disturbing; he had been shot, and the home he lived in had been intentionally set ablaze.
