On an autumn day in Denver, Colorado, the life of 28-year-old Robert Escobedo, a male who worked at the High Rise Liquor Store, was tragically cut short. On October 16, 1997, his body was discovered lying behind the High Rise Lounge, the victim of multiple gunshot wounds. The events leading up to this grim discovery remain shrouded in mystery, with his killer or killers having vanished into the night.
