In the spring of 2013, the life of a 24-year-old Caucasian woman, Dy Marie "Mandy" Matula, was tragically cut short, leaving a community in shock and her family searching for answers. On the evening of May 1, 2013, Matula was last seen leaving her family's home in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, with her ex-boyfriend, David Roe, also 24. She left without her purse or cell phone, stepping into Roe's vehicle for what would be the last time.
