In the winter of 2007, the life of 38-year-old Otis Brown Jr., a Black male, was tragically cut short in Denver, Colorado. On the evening of November 30th, Brown had been spending time with a coworker at a local bar. He decided to leave early, around 8:30 p.m., mentioning that he had to work the next morning. This would be the last time he was seen alive by those who knew him.
