In the spring of 2013, a night out at a concert in Denver turned tragic for 39-year-old Daniel Lovato. On the evening of April 27th, Lovato was at the Summit Music Hall when he became involved in an altercation with another man. The encounter escalated, and Lovato was struck, causing him to fall to the ground and stop breathing. He was rushed to Denver Health Medical Center with grave injuries.
