Tyrael Adams, 28, an African-American male, was shot to death just after midnight on March 15, 2015, outside the Lex at Lowry apartment complex in Denver. Police were called around 12:40 a.m. to the area near South Monaco Parkway and the 6700 block of East Cedar Avenue, where they found Adams and 30-year-old Deanthony Clyde Williams suffering from gunshot wounds.
