Do you know who shot and killed Paul? In the fall of 2010, the life of 21-year-old Paul Quince Cortez was tragically cut short on a Denver street corner. On the evening of October 27th, a call to 911 reported a shooting at the intersection of Bruce Randolph Avenue and York Street. When police arrived, they discovered Cortez lying in the street, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
