In the spring of 1970, the life of Thomas Fowler, a 54-year-old white male, was cut tragically short in Denver, Colorado. On the 24th of May, police officers responded to a call concerning a man down at 2243 California Street. Upon their arrival at the scene, they made a grim discovery. Thomas Fowler was found, having succumbed to a fatal gunshot wound.
