In the early morning hours of Saturday, September 20, 2014, the life of 27-year-old Rocio Estrella was tragically cut short. The young woman, a female resident of Phoenix, Arizona, was found murdered inside a house located in the 3600 block of West Taylor Street. The incident occurred at approximately 12:48 a.m.
