In the fading light of a Friday evening in Phoenix, Arizona, on November 11, 2022, the life of 20-year-old Taliyah Kizzee was tragically cut short. Just after 6:30 p.m., near the intersection of 27th Avenue and Ocotillo Road, police responded to a call of a shooting.
