In the winter of 2021, a domestic dispute in a Phoenix, Arizona apartment complex escalated into a tragic and final act of violence, claiming the life of 33-year-old Desiree 'Dezzy' Marie Colter. On the morning of January 19th, the residence she shared with her 43-year-old boyfriend, John Parker, became the scene of a murder-suicide.
