On a tragic Sunday morning in June of 2016, the life of Michael Fuller, a 32-year-old Black man, came to a devastating end. The events unfolded at a residence on Jackson Avenue in West Hartford, Connecticut, on June 26th. Police responded to the home around 7:30 a.m. to find a chaotic and violent scene. Fuller was discovered inside the house with what would prove to be a fatal gunshot wound to the head. A woman, who was the mother of his four children, was found outside with three of the childre ...
