On July 19, 2021, 21-year-old Brian Oliver was found unresponsive with a gunshot wound on Irving Street in Hartford, Connecticut. Police responded to reports of a shooting around 7:45 a.m., discovering Oliver's body outside a residence. He was pronounced dead at the scene, marking Hartford's 21st homicide of the year.
