In the early morning hours of Friday, October 21, 2022, the life of a 54-year-old man, Raymond Lewis, was tragically cut short in Hartford, Connecticut. Officers responded to a report of a shooting at the intersection of Wethersfield Avenue and Elliott Street around 3:40 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered an unresponsive male at the scene.
