In the summer of 2015, the life of Garnett Godfrey Henry, a 43-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short in Hartford, Connecticut. In the early morning hours of Sunday, July 5th, Henry was at a basement party on Edgewood Street when gunfire erupted.
