Death by Force

On the evening of October 9, 2020, the life of 40-year-old Hispanic male, Victor Garcia, was tragically cut short in Hartford, Connecticut. Police were called to Henry Street after reports of a shooting, where they found Garcia suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident took place in a rear parking area of 40 Henry Street.
