Murdered

On the evening of October 9, 2020, Hartford police responded to reports of a shooting on Henry Street. Upon arrival, they discovered Victor Garcia, 40, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene. Another man, also shot several times, was transported to Hartford Hospital in serious but stable condition. The incident occurred in the rear parking area of 40 Henry Street, where officers found firearms and evidence of gunfire in the yard and a parked vehicle.
